What I feel that this is on screen life that shows them in so bold way but while it comes to acting some thing really out of the traditions, they feel otherwise.

But why is she scared of onscreen kiss. We are not bothered about her real life acts.

This could be for many reasons sir, one- she wants to change her image. two- her BF told her to keep off such activities. But one thing is for sure. she was not comfortable kissing Madhvan in any case.
