I think already a thread started and article also in this name.
This is very useful to freshers and also who is looking for job. nice link shared here. thanks for sharing.

@ Ram, if this thread is already started. try to post the link address here to lock this thread. :)
This is more on fashion than how to face an interview. It is obvious from the theme of the site to which the link sends. It will do well to wear a sober and proper dress and face the interview board with self confidence.
the thread emphasis more on how you present yourself in the interviews....
Those are good tips. But even that I always thinks that its quite hard..lol
Self Confidence, knowledge and a right attitude is the key for getting through an interview.

Self confidence was the most lacking thing from me when I was giving few interviews in past. So yes that surely a key to pass any interview successfully.

absolutely true one has to be self confident in oneself for getting the desired success
What I have observed in life is that there are no hard and fast tips for this game. You have to understand the situtional needs and frame your responses accordingly. Understanding the psychological profile of the interviewer or interviewers. Some candidates tend to try to surprise their interviewer by their outward smartness which hardly goes down well! One needs to be mentally alert, articulate and confident to ensure success!
I agree but with confidence and knowledge only, one can face the one who is on the other side of the table. He is the boss of the moment and he knows what he wants.

Adding more to it. Be to the point don't act over smart you cannot be smarter than the interviewer. :) I have seen people in the interviews they talk non sense when asked something. :)

Even if you are smarter than interviewer, never show it, else you are out. They never prefer someone, who makes them feel a fool.

Ha ha.. So we need to be less smarter than the interviewer otherwise he would not consider us because may be he feel unsafe for his sit.. Is it?

It comes with experience as a fresher no one has that confident. :)

But an interviewer knows it how to tackle with freshers in the interviews. :)
True.. I have faced few interviews in past. On my first interview I was little narvous.. But after that it got decreased gradually.
