I seldom lose sleep. Occasionally, I may not get sleep. Then I log in some entertaining sites on internet. I also liked the idea of counting backwards. This is good mental exercise also. I can count 100 to 1 i.e. reverse very fast.

The sleep disorder that disturbs our sleeping habits due to indifferent life style and irregular working habits. May be some eating habits too are responsible.
