Yes Ram i am really a weak by looking but i am very strong from inside.But i try to adopt all that tips on my life too.Can i make a strong from outside too.
Make Muscles.. Nope I am happy with my current body.. But can be helpful to interested candidates..
I am having some stomach so i am doing excercises daily for my arms and stomach to have a pack.
Yes every thing looks fine, but muscles building should be done under proper guidance of a dietetician and PT. This is not advisable to go through the same process for every one.

Yes even I have heard that we need pooper guidance or trainee who can guide us on this thing.

Ha ha.. Even I thought about starting some morning exercising in past. But you know my problem. :laugh:

I don't have that problem i wake up early in the morning when i have to. :) For you too i suggest sleep early automatically you will get up early. :)

I know that.. In past I used to wakeup on 6am without any alarm..but I was sleeping around 9 to 10pm too...

I guess it can't be help for a month.. because after a month I will get my own room back and than I can sleep early without any problem.

Yes once you will have your own room your father won't be able to disturb you by high volume of TV :laugh: and you can sleep early and wake up early in the morning. :)

i get up early then too i am too lazy to go to Gym since childhood.Though my all brothers used to go to Gym i was alone in my brothers who never went to it. :)

I am sleeping too late for last 3 years therefore getting up late, so not much active, my only activities are small workout and lots of water first thing in the morning.
Lots of water. That's a good way. I always try to drink more water but I am not consistent in it every day.

Yes this is little tough but once you get used to it, you can do it easily. I do it because it keeps kidney clean and digestion fine. Body hydrated and younger for longer time.
