Lots of water. That's a good way. I always try to drink more water but I am not consistent in it every day.
Yes this is little tough but once you get used to it, you can do it easily. I do it because it keeps kidney clean and digestion fine. Body hydrated and younger for longer time.
Yes it having many benefits..and that's why I try to get this habit many times.Hope i will be used to of it soon. :whistle:
