It appears that our administrators can act funny only. There are stories about some one being a king for a day only or appointment of any new visitor to city as king. These were just entertainment stories.

But fact is stranger than fiction. Now just pay highest tax and be a commissioner for a day. We do not know what this means.

Nice to see that but this reaction is not good.They only make it a funny games.At least thing can help in collecting of a larger tax as compare to past.

'Commissioner for one day' is only an honor and no authority given. This is indeed funny. This way, if you are biggest customer of a shop, you may bemade' shop keeper for a day'.
