Jealousy never takes you anywhere.One has to inspire himself or herself with positive traits! What I have seen in my life that a true achiever never complains about jealousy as he remains focused positively on the goals he or she has set for himself!!

Jealousy is natural instinct. Everyone wants to outperform others. If others outperform you, you will be jealous.

So many instincts are natural but enlightened human beings are aware of the seamy side of responding to it and successfully tries to dominate it.If outperforming is the goal,I would interpret it as a valid desire to excel!!!

However, there is contrary experience. we are often jealous of our near ones and do not bother about distant persons. A person is more jealous of the successful relatives and friends than the unknown. a few days back, someone told me the difference between a dog and man. A dog barks at outsiders and loves his near ones- those in the locality. But a human being is jealous of those near and does not bother about others.

Many people has tendency to feel jealous and harm them because they their life is better. This is mental disease. It is the person who can himself change his mind. Nobody can change them.

People get jealous when others are growing because they feel they should be on top than others.That is the main reason

I know few of them, this jealousy makes a person useless and good for nothing. No one wants to see them around. They are kind of mentally sick and deprived of happiness.

If we lags behind in our life it causes jealous in us on success of others.

I think mental state, lack of confidence and lack in will power to achieve some thing turns some one in to jealous.
