It is just an election manifesto. I don't think Mulayam Singh will do this.

If such help is given to those women who really deserves it, it will be a good thing. But I don't think it will happen. If so, why can't they strengthen rules and regulations to protect women from such incidents?

Uma Bharati has criticized Mulayam Singh for offering employment to the rape victims. But she has come with another bizarre idea of death sentence for offenders. Does she not realize that this may result in every rape followed by murder as well. Moreover there is need to remove the trauma and guilt needlessly felt by rape victims. It is more necessary to remove stigma associated with rape and change mind set of people. Death sentence will enhance the stigma and the rape victims will feel more social stigma and mental trauma.

Mulayam singh is a puppet in the hands of sonia Gandhi. so he cannot act on his decisions.

India is really a unsecure because of this politician behaviours toward such activities.

It is true then these conditions can also occur people find it beneficial to get raped.
