You need to mention why the article was rejected first, only then we can tell you whether you can resubmit or not!

An article should be resubmitted after improving the contents and format. submitting the article as it is will serve no purpose.

Can i submit article rejected by editor again

if the reason for rejection was 'copied' in the first place then there is no point sending it again.

you could rectify your mistake and submit it as a new article....with some more added information.

If you know the reason of rejection and you have edited it up to their requirements, I hope you can re-submit it for review.
