But still people don't think it that God is one.If they understand it then there would be no fight on the name of caste and religion.
Not all people, but yes there is still huge group which is believe this and that's why all those fights done.
There are more than half the people in the world who do not believe in any other God apart from their own belief. They are not as liberal as we are.

The concept of 'God' is not same. It is okay to promote universal brotherhood but this you cannot do on false arguments. Mahatma Gandhi composed- Ishwar alla tere naam. But this is false even though with good intentions. 'Allah' is a concept of one all powerful power whereas 'Ishwar' is aided by so many other gods- shiva, indra, ganesh, vishnu etc. So, how all concepts of 'God' be same.
The best thing is to accept that all religions are different. There should be peaceful coexistence between different faiths and every one allowed the freedom to choose his belief in 'God' of his choice or even no God.

Thanks for this. Actually that was the basic issue. I wanted to bring this to the surface. Unless we accept this as for the real, all our efforts would be wasted, there is no use making others believe what they never would. Living together with love is altogether different from having faith in same God.
