What is this Member of week contest?

It has been discussed many times. Members who scored maximum points in a week are rewarded and the list you may see in left side of your screen. The first member is awarded Rs 50 ,the next four are awarded Rs 25 and next five members are awarded Rs 10 each.

Actually, I didn't know earlier that it had cash credits. Now, my doubt is cleared. Thank you.
