Such events are repeatedly happening in India. Similar incident occurred during last year's Makara Sankranthi. It is not because police and administration taking careless measures. Even if they try their level best, some occurrences cannot be avoided. While visiting a pilgrim place, devotees should always have a discipline and a thought in mind, we should try to keep ourselves secure and should have enough patience in a holy place. Then only government measures can be made 100% effective.
