Yes Sarika you are right. Senior citizens are provided tax relief and various other measures are taken by government in financial sector but as far as social security is concerned and family is concerned, we are lacking somewhere.

I think Strict rules are there for persecution to old people. Government can only apply strict rules,rest,the old the people have to take care of themselves.

The financial relief given in tax and concession in railway fare are not relevant as senior citizens are not a financially weak category. Most of senior citizens can rather give financial assistance. what they need is physical care and company.

It is more important to give them more facilities in physical terms in railway, road transport, banks etc.

The government is not one person but has many departments and persons who deal with many matters at same time. So, government alone can do many things for senior citizens. Banks, various establishments, railways can give better facility to aged only through government intervention. We can be of help to senior citizens only on family matters and local problems.

The government cannot do everything there are many problems in the city.It is quite difficult to follow up senior citizens also.

Government should offer pension plan for every senior citizen. However the plan i think is activated but still some people are depriving of their rights.

The government has already offers so many things for senior citizen in terms of financial. But, in terms of physical care government should bring some strict rules against persecution to old people.
