sapodilla(chikku) juice - rich on Vitamin C and has Dietary Fiber.
Instead of taking juice of some fruits like orange,its better to prefer eating that orange. The fiber content in it is more and also good for health.
yes, some fruits must be consumes they should not be taken juices as we loose some vitamins and qualities of them
we should not have apple juice but rather we should eat apple.
yes very true Ronak, eating fruit is more preferable than drinking juice. Only if you cannot eat it or dislike the fruit ,you should take juice.
yes, there are few fruits which we need to eat not to take juice of them, then only they are benefited to us
