friends, from few days there is very less participation in forums. I could not understand whats wrong with the members?

This could be the impact of removing points at the time of posting any new topic.

yes Sarala your observation is right. Even I find less participation but may be it is because of end of the year time and people are busy with their official work.

saying the truth i felt bored discussing the same topics again and again.it is just my case...dont know about others...and also there is a lot of useless forum threads too....

Personally, I am participating daily. But owing to rush of professional work of Central excise, I log in for lesser times. There could be same reasons with others also. Participation on Boddunan is part time and members visit whenever they can. But I think every member should log in at least once a day and be on the site at least for one hour.

Many problems are sited by the members like the controversy in DFA awards.That may be the reason.

Surely the problem of lesser partcipation can be to a great extent attributed to lack of new imaginative posts these days. This is an area where members have to think!

I too observed now a days there is only less number of new topics and this affects the interest of the members. but as gulshan ji said we need to log in atleast for an hour a day in this site.
we need to post some more new posts for discussion to improve our knowledge.

to make active forum. we can make a rule by ourself to post a new thread daily. this make forum active and its interesting too.:-)
