The main thing in relation between husband and wife should be understanding. Every person has certain limit of understanding,so the understanding should also be in limits.

Here also, they are giving importance to male society.
I don't know, why they have implemented such a law... after all, husband-wife relation is not a union of two bodies only, but the union of two souls also.

They believe this. That is why they keep the relation alive even after death. The best thing is to recognize that the marital relation is physical and this ends when any of the spouse dies.
