What you do to keep yourself physically fit and healthy?

I do exercises and have good diet which is healthy . Sleep early wake early. Do meditation
I do a brisk walk in the morning around thirty minutes with some free hand exercises...!
i DO some small exercise and proper diet to keep my body physically fit and healthy.
Some amount of regular exercises with proper diet plan definitely helps in keeping one healthy for a long time...!
Daily i give one hour of my time in doing some exercises.
I get up early and walk about one KM and go to my office by auto. During return also I do this. I do use stairs and not lift. More walking and less driving, eating more fruits and less oily cooked/ fried eatables, positive thinking etc. are the only way for health. Being around 70, I do not feel tired after a walk of five KMs. We must avoid overeating and be active physically and mentally. Also dress should suit weather conditions.
Well friends, there is no other way than regular exercise and healthy food habits to keep diseases at bay and lead an enjoyable life as has been put very nicely by Gulshanji!
My schedule is such that i am not able to concentrate on my diet and i eat over. I need to improve this.
I know that there are some practical difficulties for persons having odd duty hours but one should make it a point to do some physical exercises and stay away from spicy and oily recipes!
Living in hostel,being away from home,you don't have choice and have to eat,even oily and spicy food.

I can understand it! As you are young you can take a few liberties but you have to be conscious of it and pull out of it at some point or other!

If you are busy and have to eat in office only, nothing is better than biscuits and tea. Can eat breakfast before office and dinner after office. During office hours I am doing this and break for just a few minutes to take a glass of fruit juice. But it is okay to take even oily food once or twice a week and not mote often.
Normally I walk daily at least 2-3 KM in the morning and not daily but i do some yoga.
walking, yoga and meditation is the secret of fit life. And a happy mind is the lesser known but most effective secret for physical fitness.
for fitness mainly daily exercises is required, especially we need to do experices for reducing belly and back
To keep yourself fit,Eat healthy. Eat vegetables. Do exercise. Walk few KM in a week and you will be fit and healthy.
To keep fit always stay in control ie control diet and regular exercise will help.

Can anyone tell me that eating Tea and biscuits is good for health?
Yes,its good to eat sometimes. But,you should not depend on only Biscuits. Before,Constipation may occur if we depend on Biscuits for our hunger.
