It remains to be seen what kind of punishment is given to these persons who have committed this horrendous deed!
what the doctors have done is not sociially acceptable..but it is human nature to save our own life. how can you punish them.? may be you can take away their doctor license on moral grounds...
In my opinion they also must be killed by throwing them in fire.

that reaction is understandable....but not at all a possible option.....
The administration has to find a pragmatic solution to this problem. As far as the doctors or any staff who did not perform their moral duties,no law can reach or touch them but the hospital authorities who flouted laws must be given exemplary punishment along with corrupt officials of various departments of the government!
i agree with you..more doctors are becoming morally degraded these days..
Our laws must be change so all will have some fear towards government.
yes the doctor must get the setios punishment for what they do.
Our government and people also must change so this change will come automatically in society.
and today.....Some employees of AMRI hospital urged mamatha bannerjee not to cancel the hospital's licence as they would lose their jobs.
Life is important than job they had not taken any responsibility of the lifes of patients. She must cancel the license.
cancelling the license is not a solution. a solution is in improving the hospital to become the best hospital india.
This hospital has a glorious history invoving a benevolent benefactor late Dr.Gunen Roy who impressed the authorities then with his selfless and truly noble work among the TB patients by opening a centre in the district of Birbhum. He was allowed to open a centre like that in the city and became a specialist centre for TB treatment. The centre faced tremendous odds in the face of leftist disruptive trade union activities and the government of West Bengal headed by Jyoti Basu and took it back only to give it to Todi to be developed as a joint sector project in which the percentage of government's holding was conspiratorially sold off to Todi Who roped in Goenkas of 'Emami' fame! All these happened with the blessings of our corrupt Marxists who claim to be the saviour of the down-trodden!
now what we can consider is how not to repeat such an incident again and how we can provide much better facility in the hospital then before.........
Compel the hospital authorities to play the game fair by adhering to norms as laid down by the statute!
Chinmoy jee now how is this case considered any action taken against the doctors or not.
