This is a fact. I have gone through many news articles and blogs which says that India is artificially made a poor country. When politicians send Rs. 100 to us, we get in hand only Rs. 10. The rest 90% of the money becomes volatile due to corruption. This is how Swiss Banks and many other foreign banks have increasing number of Indian customers with black money. All wealth of India is draining away. Poor is becoming more poor. Rich people are becoming richer day by day.
this is an incredible story to read. Another example of how corruptiom can favour a guy to the zenith.
This is a surprised news and really what can do Anna to make corruption free India. It is in our blood and we can not change the corruption.
There is corruption in every society but in India it truly stinks to high heavens!
The word corruption is just opposite to the word honesty. Honesty makes one godly, while dishonesty or corruption condemns one as hellish. A corrupt person is hated by all in the society. He is even hated by those who have been compelled to offer bribe to him...!
Yes,corruption degenerates a society,a nation to give way to anarchy!
I wonder who are the anarchist?

the steps to stop corruption needs to be taken....democratically...not anarchially....
Corruption is with us in each and every cell of the body how we can forget it.
india is not a poor country but there is a lot of corrupt people who take money from others and become more powerful.
India is not a poor country we had many rich persons by taking from poor people.
India is not a poor country after, all black money gets white and accountable.
see the total value that has been looted from our country through corruption...........it is baffling.
Oh no this is much much money we can give money to other countries also.
Causes of corruption.

1)Continuation of confused Nehruvian Socialism for the last a few decades and hypocrisy of current Liberalism when large scale leaking subsidies still continue.
2)Our fundamental rules in governance, Police, Co-operative and other welfare Societies etc are still based on 1860 Act as amended but not implemented.
The main reason is the laws and punishments. This are giving the hope to them to do the mistake again and again.
Unfortunately, Indians, as a nation, are not concerned about the good of the society. We fail to realize that if society benefits, we too benefit from it.

Hence, instead of complaining against and objecting to malpractices, we prefer the easy way out. We bribe people and grease their palms to get our work done quickly knowing fully well that it is wrong to do...!
