this is really sad to know that the diamond of the bollywood.
Santosh as he is already died, but the heading you have kept is future tense. It should be "died " not "dies". Please try to correct it.

Sarala: Santosh has written in present tense and not future. Future tense would be: Will die.

He could write; Died. However, as the death too place very recently, it is okay to write 'Dev Anand dies in London'. You may find such heading in newspapers also.
