Thank for the post. Most people take tea. It is nice to know that this improves memory. It would be better to specify which vegetables and fruits add memory. The non veg can increase their memory by taking fish.
I know about fish and vegitable but i listen tea first time but if we take more then will it useful.
there have been many topics in the forums here that tell us not to drink tea.now i am confused.,.....
I think the first of this list is not so correct.It has many other effects.
In my opinion i did not prefer tea but the other four can be considered to improve memory.

All vegetables and fruits are healthy. But too much tea is quite not healthy for us.
Yes, having too much tea is unhealthy, ofcourse having anything too much is not at all good
In tea there will be caffeine which makes harmfull to health.But i dont understand how it will increase memory.

tea increases the brain activity but for sometime only until its effect is there.
Deepak tea contains caffeine.

this was really bad to know that tea harms to us.Thats why i never have tea.
Sarala tea harms us but there is some benefits of tea also.

Better to be in control with it.
I have heard some month ago in news that taking tea 4 times a day,reduce the risk of heart attack.
Every day one new thing is coming in positive and negetive ways we dont know which is good Ronark.
But having tea at working time gives lot of energy and refreshment
