Thanks for sharing this to us this is really helpful i will follow this for my memory.
sarala tea wont give energy it gives refreshment and dont feel you to unsleepy.
Tea increases memory,it is good to know that . I drink tea almost every morning and now I know it's benefit as well!! great!!
But having much tea is not at all good for health. This is a doctors suggestion to one of my uncle.
Any thing that is consumed in excess amount doesn't do any good to our health and I think the same rule applies for tea also. Besides, I have also read somewhere that tea is also beneficial for our health and it provides us some amount of energy too if consumed in minimal amounts...!
Whatever we do in execess will give bad result only. not only consuming tea

tea has good aspects and also bad aspects...so i am going to stop reading this post and going to drink a cup of tea....god.. i am confused
