thanks for reply. I posted this topic because every boddunan member should practice meditation.
Last day while attending a yoga class the master told many benefits of meditation.
I think this type of one thread posted once by somebody.Anyway nice tips about meditation.
Meditation has been linked to a variety of health benefits.

Various methods of meditation have been linked to changes in metabolism, blood pressure, brain activation, and other bodily processes.Meditation has been used in clinical settings as a method of stress and pain reduction.

Krishna I love to practice meditation and i have lot of belief in it and i even used to practice it, and after the practicing it on that day everything used to be more positive to me. I feel if we do meditation in the open place like terrus. but my elders wont agree to do at terrus. when used to practice everyday i used to fight. so can you tell me any meditation to do in a closed room for positive energy
When we practicing meditation, our heart rate and breathing slow down, our blood pressure normalizes, we use oxygen more efficiently, and we sweat less.

thanks for your interest. You can do meditation anywhere. In a closed room or terrus. Please follow the same procedure as I tell you before just observe your breath. Please tell about meditation to others as it will increase your spiritual growth.
All physical afflictions are because of mental worries. All mental worries are because of intellectual immaturity. Intellectual immaturity is because of lack of spiritual energy and lack of spiritual wisdom.

Through meditation, when we get abundant spiritual energy and spiritual wisdom, the intellect becomes mature. By and by, all mental worries cease. Consequently, all physical afflictions disappear. Meditation is the only way to heal all diseases.

Diseases are primarily because of previous negative karma. Until and unless the negative karma is neutralised, the disease will not vanish; no medicine will be of any help to clear the negative karma.
Nice information shared about meditation but its very difficult to maintain in daily life as habbit.
ENHANCES MEMORY POWER

The abundant spiritual energy gained in meditation helps the brain to work more efficiently and to its maximum capacity. Meditation enhances memory power tremendously.

Therefore, meditation is absolutely compulsory for all students...both at the school level and at the university level.
POWER OF THOUGHT

Thoughts need power to reach their targets. In a restless state of mind, thoughts are produced with least power. Therefore, they don't reach their respective targets.

However, in the presence of a restful state of mind, thoughts acquire great power and all intents get dramatically actualized.
the number of ideas you have established herein this forum is too high. i did not have much interest in this topic. but now i think thee is possibility of me joining a yoga class. thank you Krishna...keep up the good work here in boddunan.

" What to do ?", " What not to do ?" These are always million dollar questions !

" What is right ?", " What is wrong ?" We are in a perpetual dilemma !

However, such dilemmas are only for the spiritually immature persons. For a spiritually mature person there are no million dollar questions whatsoever ! For a spiritually mature person there are no dilemmas!
PURPOSE OF LIFE

We are all born with a purpose, with a mission, with a design, with a plan. Only the spiritually mature can understand and be aware of their particular purpose, mission, design and plan in their lives.
Meditation is usefull to cure many diseases from our body and helps us to relax our brain from stress.
