Yeah i too accept it, the moderator will soon see to that and will take corrective measures and next time make sure that there is no repeation of thread

He is a new member here may be not fully understand the terms and conditions of the site.
If any one find such mistake of a new member they can send 2pm directly 1 to moderator and also 1 to new member so that he will not do it again

If two posts are same but there is some difference, the post may be published. Computer cannot detect. Here editorial interference is required. It is also possible that some one has not read the old thread and posts the same topic.
