yes thats right special one van forward and other on the backward works to remove the traffic if some leader is visiting through car but there is no help for clearing traffic for ambulance in which one person struggling for life is going to hospital.

I woule definitely prefer ambulance before VIP as ambulance is used to help in saving one's life.

I think for becoming moderator admin has some qualification and some achievements need to be there, better you can PM to admin about what is the qualification to become moderator and also pls let us know if any think is there.
