Don't do what others say, just listen them, but do what you feel good.
heart is the most sensitive part of body it has emotions ,joys and sorrows . but the tension harasses the functioning of heart. So be happy to keep your heart happy always.
The first point, feel good factor, is nice. Be motivated and relax before you start your work.
Second point, Food factor, we should take proper food diet.
Third point, Workouts, exercise is good for health. According to me, if someone is working hard almost whole day, he does not require to do exercise. Morning walk is also good for healthy. One can go for swimming also. Dancing is also good for health.
Fourth point, Positive charge is not at all understood.

Hanging around with people who give out positive energy and with people from whom you can learn from, also helps one to evolve a better person and makes feel good of oneself. Throwing tantrums and being fussy about even small disappointments are basically those people who are unhappy about themselves. Everyone goes through stress in their daily lives. But it shouldn’t be amplified to something bigger than it is actually. Music and breathing exercises, a small walk, etc, does the magic in those moments when you feel down. One who knows his body’s needs also knows how to balance his emotions.

nice tips. And i would add if other 3 points are there but if 1st point of feel-good factor is missing, everything else is useless..
Good one. while reading everything is looking good but when I try to follow, the result is zero.
To have a good health one should always take the proper diet and also do regular exercise. With the today's lifestyle everybody is so much busy in the work that they neglect what they eat.
Meditation also helps us in being healthy as stress and tension gets re leaved
We should avoid regular eating of junk food. This is can affect us.

Yes it is true but sometime we are forced to eat junk food.
We can't resist ourself,when we see Junk food. So,to live a fit and healthy life,we shouldn't take on regular basis.
IF we cannot resist our self from junk food then its better to try to prepare in our home then there will be no harm
one should always avoid eating junk food as it is really bad for health.
.Having 1 glass of juice in a day,keeps you healthy and fit.
