Stability of job required to improve yourself but jump required to increase salary so keep jump till good salary then be stable to live life better way.
I think, When you get good opportunity and salary. you must change your job.
When you have a offer or job in your hand then only you should shift to other job
if you get good opportunity and good salary you can shift. it will help to increase your salary. also pls check about the new company before shifting.
Expecting a better job is not at all bad.We have to expect and try for it always.
It all depends on the individual and his her individual plans. Job change in the private sector is fairly logical and common too!

too many job hoppings in a very short period of time is bad. your second job switch very soon may create problem as it will look to employer that you have switched twice in two years.

Employers will think that if you join them then you may also switch to another company within a year.
It's indeed, a very common question asked in subsequent interviews and one has to frame very convincing replies for that!
Raja check before when you are shifting job you have 8 months experience when you are shifting a job you need a min 1 year experience. They will ask you why you are shifting job.you will say for good pay then they will ask you when you got more pay from other company you will shift to that then what you will say .There wont be no answer with you.So better think and step towards it.
I think 8 months' experience is too short to warrant any change unless there are some extraordianrily good reasons for doing that!
As you said is correct chinmoy jee in every company they will ask why you are changing with out 1 year experience this one will also be minus in interviews.
Loyalty factor also counts a lot! And in any professionally managed company loyalists are rewarded with quick promotions other benefits!
Yes you are right chinmoy jee if he is a good professional company wont look towards his experience.
If you find a job with expected salary and of good environment you should stabilize there.
As I maintained earlier it's for an individual to take a call on this looking all aspects!

Yes, but Loyalty factor isn't much valued if one hasn't spend at least 18 months in one company.

Company always doubts if person has hoppings after every 8-12 months
Obviously one needs to stick around for more than a few years to be dubbed as loyal, a company is interested only in substantial performance not useless degrees which may help one at entry level!
Yes you are right abhishek every one must stick to a job for minimum one year.

Chinmoy ji, i agree with you as everyone need to stick in a organisation at-least for 2 year. 1st year will help the person to learn about the company procedures and working way. 2nd year will help the person to show the ability of his work to their management.
Vinodh if we got good opportunity means we must leave the company after 1 year it is best for our future.
