Job Hopping

It depends upon the job sasi, if we are looking for a compulsory change then, it is ok. if we are looking for a hike in salary then, we can get the same in present company by showing our performance.

Change of job is not a necessity for one whose current organization is taking good care of him. So it is individual-specific! In my life I have seen two categoris - one who are aggressively ambitious and holding the requisite talent both in terms of academics as well as actual performance and the second group who manage a qualification and organizations initially appoint them to find them inferior and sub-standard and these candidates desperately look for a safe port - so to say!
