WE can eat banana directly, we can make juice of it, we can have it with ice cream and even we can make milk shake with it.
When we eat one banana it gives energy to work for up to 90 minutes.
Banana is a heavy fruit and can be consider for breakfast. I used to take it during fasts.
This is also some defects when taking banana it makes us fat.

Can you say what are the side effects ?
Some people who have latex allergy have allergy towards banana. I dont the reason for it.
i think taking too many bananas will leads to loose motion.
Ya but this is not consistent with different types of bananas. Some variety can even constipate.
