Having more than 2-3 bananas regularly promote weight gain. Bananas are healthy when it comes to the nutrient contents but excess sugar consumption increases the fat in the body. To avoid weight gain, reduce the intake of sugar rich fruits on a regular basis. If you have bananas, prefer 2 bananas in the morning with milk to burn the calories.

Banana are definitely nourishing and good to eat. But I prefer to eat these as lunch. I do not take milk.

Banana is rich in Iron. Banana leaves, buds and stem, whole of it is edible. Both ripe and unriped banana is good. I agree with Sasikanth's data.

bananas are the best diet for any person.it increases the body strength. most gym trainers advice you to take 2 bananas daily.

Vinodh , In Andhra Pradesh people have mostly Curd rice with Banana. they will feel that it cools the body and give more strength and weight
