Every manager in software industry thinks somewhat same.

Nice one.This is the real fact of the IT field.People need to change.

I think this will be possible in future.When this happens this will be a new resolution.

All bosses thing so but it is their duty to finish the work as quickly as possible.

software industry is very much a time bound industry. the bosses will feel the pressure falling on their heads if the specified work is not completed in a stipulated time frame.
