We had known the garlic is used for BP only but now the medical sciences are confirmed taking garlic daily helps reducing of Heart attack.

thats why we use Ginger Garlic paste in every dish we prepare and these two give taste to the dish.


Garlic and ginger paste is used in almost every indian dish which enhances its taste.
Both garlic and ginger is having the high importance inour life they play a good role in our health.
Garlic and ginger give not only taste they even recover our health.

Yes this two gives good taste to the food substances and good for health.
But you know garlic has one potential side effect. It should not be given at the time of bleeding. it increases bleeding by decreasing the platelet count.

It induces something called Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease which we commonly mean by the term heartburn.
Oh using the garlic we also have the diseases.Explain some of the diseases of this.
I don't think it leads to any other disease. Heartburn is like indigestion. So Person can have nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
I will say one useful use of garlic.

Taking raw garlic early in the morning helps to prevent from stroke.
Useful is only one L. Correct the spelling Sasi. Too much of anything is good for nothing. Same goes with garlic also.

One more property of garlic is that it has an ability to rapidly assimilate and absorbed inthe body.
That the garlic must be taken with milk at night to reduce fat in the body.

Taking oil foods which is having fat content more will help to increase fat in the body.
