Nice comparison. Now parents hold responsible schools for everything and not their children for indifference to study nor themselves for not providing proper care at home. Moreover, previously, school teachers could discipline students by using cane unlike present days. In fact, these days parents should assume more responsibility but they will blame schools only.
Thats great comparison. before parents used to scold but now parents scolding teachers
Parents blame school because schools ask for abonormal donations for admission of a child. This was not practised in the past. Secondly, teachers are biased. They give less marks to students who does not take private tution from him/her.
In short, this is result of corruption.
Well said devyani, You are right. I earlier people are not much corrupted. but everyone are corrupted even in schools also.
i dont think that is the case in all the sschools there are teachers who are honest and there are schools that do not take donations.....but definitely the system of education has changed....

In second part, there is no involvement of parents. And i guess, first part is still the story and we get to see even today .
Nice comparison and good meaning also .The first one is quite natural.
Nice one. Now a days parents gives more importance for their children rather than teachers
No abhishek the second one is going now a days because of paying more money to institutions.

This part is true when one pays to institutions, but institutions are not solely responsible. Students have to keep studying to score good marks.
teachers are also responsible a little bit about the marks of students if they care equally for the nil students those can also appear in exams.
Today every one must take care of the students carer. In schools teachers and at home parents.
every good student would be influenced by a good teacher. It is teachers who shape the youth.....teachers with good values and principles are an asset to the country.
But todays the teachers are looking for ranks only but forgetting about the students knowledge.
sasikanth not only teachers and even parents also giving lot of stress on their children to get good ranks , but due to this stress children are getting depressed. recently in my home town 3 girls have left the school and is parents and went to rajamandry . but any how by giving complaint to police they have found them . when they asked them the reason, they said that they couldn't bare the stress and scolding of the teachers and parents.
Not only in your home town but this is happening in all over india. Some children are comitting suicide also.
yes, due to bad behavior of parents even children are forcefully by themselve running aways from their houses and some who are weak hearted are commiting suicides
Many of the states (also CBSE) has taken of rank system because it always pressurize students. It is really a good move. But now even 10th standard exam is not counted. When government took off full pressure from the students, is it actually helping them? Definitely no.

Before 30-40 years, economic conditions were poor. Yet students try hard (do jobs), takes exams seriously, attain more mental strength and reach high positions. But now, they need to hard work only for the 12th standard exams (when they get whatever they want from parents), no work to earn a living, Full time in front of TV and Computer. Shouldn't we pressurize them to study a little more?
humorous post with a satiric truth.......very nice layout about the attitude towards the education system.
Now it is also important for teachers that they have to answer why the level of student going down day by day in studies and why are not they caring for it.
