hitler was never a king.he lived in the modern era. further there were many more dictators more cruel than him.one of them is idi amin.

gaddhafi can never be compared to hitler. he may have been a bit selfish. that doesn't make him cruel. there are many persons in Libya who still worships him as god.

There are many names which we cannot list here.

In term cruel Hitler is in top position.Gaddafi and Saddam was not cruel.They have many contribution in their country,But they were selfish.

i would like to add the name of Ivan 4, the czar of Russia. his cruelties even earned him the name Ivan the terrible.

Wow there are many cruel kings born on this earth.All are coming slowly.
