The cases registered are on religios sentiments and not financial irregularity. The recent case is about Swami agnivesh statement on Amarnath Shiva Linga. It was reported that when the shiva Linga melts, the J & K authorities make another one by refrigeration artificially and place this in amar Nath cave for attracting tourists. On this, Swami agnivesh commented why people should travel to Amar Nath shrine for seeing thus artificially made shiva Linga when they can make such Linga in their home place. This statement was twisted by certain persons and a case was filed.

In this connection, we may praise agnivesh for speaking truth and exposing the hypocrite people who exploit people's religious sentiments. Swami agnivesh is working against superstitions and thus following footsteps of Guru Nanak and Saint Kabir

He entered as a guest and not as a competitor. He was not supposed to remain permanently in Bigg Boss house.
