This is a joke. Surely, everybody wants Kasab to be hanged. But in India, will the law let him be hanged? He may well live upto the age of 60 in a prison in India. Regarding the statement by Pakistan, it is just a publicity stunt.
Yes, pinakin is right. India never give final sentence much easily. So India will look after kasab until his death I feel
What a tactics the pakistanis having to leave a their country person.
Pakistan is playing tricks as it always do. I think India should stop thinking about what some outsider says and take its own decision.
hanging will put an end to Kasab's all anxieties. Remaining in jail under constant threat of death is a very harsh punishment. However, Pakistan's statement has no merit.
It seems as if I am dreaming. Few months ago Pakistan played a great role in Osma Bin Ladins assissination. Now they want Kasab to be hanged. May be that Kasab was weak terrorist who was only caught alive by Indian soldiers and continuously interogated. They fear, he may tell all their secrets.
Otherwise, this is beginning of friendship by heart.
kasab is only a pawn in the great chess board of terrorism. Killing/hanging him doesnt chnge anything.
Don't believe Pakistan .Surely there are some tricks behind it.
This is perhaps the artificial approach of Pakistan and this could be because of three reasons. First, they want to prove the world they are against terrorism and terrorist, secondly they want to show that they don't have any connection with Kasab and finally they fear that he might disclose something which could put them in an awkward position...!

frankly i don't think kasab knows anything serious about Pakistan/ISI/militant groups in Pakistan.he was just a boy who underwent training there.whatever he knew will have been squeezed out from him by the Indian intelligence agencies.
I feel paskisthan is just playing games by telling like that to hang kasab
Actually everyone want to end Kasab chapter but due to rules of kanoon he is safe in Indian jail.
Kasab is now a very big terror for india and pakistan want to save him but india will not agree to leave him.
Why this is happening the government wont give even a single rupee to any one but they spend more money to terrorists.

this is due to the mistake of the indian constitution. the judiciary is to be blamed ..not the government..
Judicial sloth has created such an anomolous situation - not only in his case the government has been sitting tight on some cases with no apparent reason!

Judicial system is way too too slow for no apparent reason. Afzal Guru is still after nearly a decade of the attack on the parliament!
@Kalyani

In Guru's case it's the goverment which should be put in the dock as the court hascleared his case long way back!
