Correct time to drink water.

This is from a cardiac specialist.

2 glases of water after waking up helps to activate internal organs.

1 glass of water 30 minutes before meal-helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking bath-helps lower blood pressure.

1 glass of water before going to bed-avoids stroke or heart attack. :) :)

Thanks for this information. But there are contrary suggestions and research. I feel that our body tells what, when and how to eat or drink. I drink water when I feel thirst. This serves the purpose.
well truly said i do not use to drink water in all these time . I likely drink water after immediate lunch and in the other times only when i feel thirst.
But this is the suggestions made by the doctor.I also drink when i feel thirsty.
We can drink water as much as you can . But you should not drink water before having food and while having food.

A very good piece of information on intake of water. But i think water should be good or else it is difficult to take even a small amount of water.

Yes i know this one i had seen this type of case in a police selections.

A person who ran very fast and selected in running he drunk water and he was died immedieately.
Time for drinking water is not fixed. I drink when I feel thirsty. Moreover, the tips provided by Sasikanth is valid for all of us. This should be followed. Good health tips.
