Correct time to drink water.

This is from a cardiac specialist.

2 glases of water after waking up helps to activate internal organs.

1 glass of water 30 minutes before meal-helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking bath-helps lower blood pressure.

1 glass of water before going to bed-avoids stroke or heart attack. :) :)

Thank you vidhimayur for supporting my reply , these guys are not believe whatever I said.Once i got problem due to lack of having water. I was stop sweating so when i consulted doctor then doctor suggested me to have 8 glasses at least per day or 9 bottles of water. so that our skin will be healthy. so i suggest that here.
Sarala, that's fine, no need to thank me, but I guess it is because of the misunderstanding created by your "9 bottles". So better to specify 1-2 litres or 8 glasses instead of 9 bottles where everyone assumes 1 bottle is of 1 ltr!!
Hey guys drinking one glass of water when going to bed reduces stroke rate.
Drinking water is always a good thing and we should drink it on regular basis.
Ronark the over taking of water also have some disadvantages.
yes,limit should be there.Its not that you go on and on drinking.
When drinking water continuously also there is many hazards which causes ill problems.

How safe is the water you drink?

After knowing about water and its benefits, how safe is the water we drink?

In the process of drinking liters of water, we also get sick and even the diseases like diarrhea occurs due to contaminated water.

Do you drink boiled water?
Do you drink filtered water?
Do you drink purified water?

yes, always we need to have purified water. else it will create so many harmful diseases.
We must heat water and must purify it with a cloth so this will be better for health.
according to me a person must drink water as their body weight.Example if you are 60 kg in weight you have to drink 5 litres of water daily.this is also by a doctor.
The water which we drink must be pure if possible try to boil the water and have. It is much more good for health
Drinking water of 8-9 glasses is best for health. But Boiling of it is more important.
Drinking as much water as we can is best for our health and skin. But dont keep on drinking . plan a little and then drink water. while going out if you drink much water then you can be comfortable. so its better to drink more water when we are in home.
That's surely good and useful information. Unfortunately I am not drinking more water in a day.. I guess I need to increase it.
