Correct time to drink water.

This is from a cardiac specialist.

2 glases of water after waking up helps to activate internal organs.

1 glass of water 30 minutes before meal-helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking bath-helps lower blood pressure.

1 glass of water before going to bed-avoids stroke or heart attack. :) :)

Ha ha.. May be you haven't went out in the afternoon around 1 to 2 pm... Try it tomorrow and I am sure you will get lots of sweat ... Ha ha.

Out in the afternoon i don't do that.Tomorrow i will keep a thermometer in the open area to check it. :)

Purpose is to measure the temperature not to see if it sweats.hehehe.. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Drinking of early in the morning one litre of water is good to health due to this we can save us from many diseases.
Yes.. I have heard it from many people. I already started taking water in the morning.. But still I am not consistent.

I have also decided to drink water in the morning many times but after 2~3 days i forget to drink and could not continue it but its good to drink water in the morning to keep stomach clean. :)

I agree Ronark.. It should be take when our stomach is empty.. I have notice the same thing after start taking water in morning time.
Anand when you taken medicine it wont give immediate relief it will take some time just this one like that only takes time but gives good result.
Whenever you wish but not immediately after having meal or getting awakened from a sleep
