It is seen that when we open a topic, we see the replies that are given that start from the first one i.e. the first reply for that topic. For getting the latest feedback or reply we have to go down to the last page or the last answer. Instead will not be good if we find the latest reply being given as the current answer so that one doesn't have to go back to the last reply. This is time consuming as there may be 100 replies and we have to go back to the 10 or 12th page for getting the current reply.

this query was asked before some time also but there is still same procedure . you have to go down only for the latest reply.

This procedure allows you to go through series of comments sequentially rather coming in reverse direction.

You may change the sequence by the latest on top. This is possible by changing your option in profile.

As I had suggested, you can change your setting by visiting your profile in Forum section. click 'profile' in Forum section, click edit and change forum setting by clicking the option 'last post first'.

every member can choose his own setting. The default setting is 'first on top'.

I don't think in case of latest answers on top no one will read old answers . If we want o view other opinion on our query we will definitely see everyone's opinion latest and old all.
