chech 'GoDaddy' or 'yahoo' they have cheap hosting with good technical support.
They also support sql database with fully compatiblity to phpbb.
You can also try bravehost.com or other .
All give domain name for just 10$. Its really good to have a own website.

Godaddy offers you a cheap hosting but their service is not up to the mark. Yahoo is also a good deal if you can afford a little more. There are some Indian hosting companies as well like Indiatimes hosting, rediff hosting etc.

They have realy good customer & tech support which is not available in godaddy...

Godaddy.com is best for hosting site, but if you want a cheap host then you should try some things like www.readysetconnect.com and www.eukhost.com
