It is Ok SASI, i appreciate you for taking this good work by posting jobs but i hope someone could have benefitted by such ads previously. Wish they could share there experience. While i was seeking jobs i never find these job post useful as most of them or either outdated or the employer in giving the AD for publicity. SO I AM ASKING. :)

sasikanth I feel you creat a blog and include about latest jobs in it and publish the link in the forums as i published my blog. then it will be easy for the people who are in search. so they will come to your blog and they get the information
