Who is to blame for the debacle in the 1st Test? Batsmen, Bowlers or the selectors?

We can't blame all. It is not selectors fault. As yuvaraj,Laxam and Dravid are not available, so they selected best persons to replace them. But bowlers and batsman not played well. Batsman played worst in this match.

So batsman should improve. Now there is a huge chance of losing the first ranking in test cricket
After this loss I don't think India will be Number 1 team

Now team should be re-build and try to win the second test to draw the series.

Rather than blaming we should hope for the best in the second test, if this doesn't happen then we can blame someone for this.
Before and after my number one choice is Australia. I don't know how India came to number one .
I find a lot of disappointment amongst the mmebers. It's a bad loss but we need not make too much of it! Even the famous Aussie team led by Steve Waugh lost to India. I am sure India would regroup and put in the very best in the next match. It is no doubt true injuries to some leading players did prevent India from fielding the best eleven in the test match.
