Can you explain what is this trai bumps? is it a network like airtel?

The all networks will come under trai.It will operate all the networks.Previously it announced only 100 sms per day.But now it made it to 200 sms per day.

It is good that limit is exceeded to 200 sms as sometimes it becomes necessary to send more messages to concerned person.
