Any prisoner can be given facilities as provided in Jail manual. The prisoner is entitled to make an application for any facilities that can be given according to rules.

This is strange news. Why people do such things? All criminals are humans all should be given special treatment in jail. He is angel or alien. Confused.

This is really bad.He should also be treated all other prisoners treated in the jail

yes manual is there in jail and everyone is treated as per the rules ,treatment meted out to prisoners should be human though punishable.

I feel, in the jail all should be treat equal. Then only that is known as jail. If they treat VIP's specially then there is no difference between their house and jail. Just the place change is the difference
