yes strokes in the morning most of the time leads to death.

Please provide link to substantiate this. Secondly, is the early morning attack while dreaming in sleep or after wake up.

yes even i know this before it only, i even saw many people who got stroke early morning and dead

This is more dangerous stroke.If it attacks max percentage people will loose their lives.
