Tatkal scheme should be abolished. This scheme suits those who hardly plan their travel and have sufficient money to reserve seats on Tatkal basis. This harms those who travel sparingly and on planned basis.

Due to default in railway tracks it leads to accidents so railway tracks should be maintained time to time.

This is indeed a very good step taken by the Railway Authorities. But will it work. Till now the "Tatkal" service was a golden goose for the Agents and Politicians. The ordinary man could never get this type of ticket personally. Let's hope it works and the railway security keeps a strong vigil on the railway employees too who issues these tickets.

Isha I think you have mistaken in understanding the forum. Sasikanth has written about the "tatkal" reservation in Railways.

yes, tatkals should be abolished as gulshanji told. I feel tatkal is waste of money
