Excellent picture. I think it is a building. But how can people live in this. It's amazing and wonderful. Can anyone tell where is it situated? Never seen anything like this. It can also be a model prepared by some artist to confuse you to think it is for real. But overall a very beautiful pic.

To give a little more details, the building is located in Thailand , apparently an apartment complex , however there are some other reports that say that it is just a print ad, not sure which one is right...

It is very much evident that the building is not real! All the effects are done on a computer for the print ad! Whatever it is, it is indeed creativity at its best!
