Earth quake

Earth quake is threatening people from time to time in various zones. We also faced this in Sikkim. We can hardly do anything in this regard. The whole international community should come forward to help the distressed people.

Turkey has experienced this much rector scale earthquake after very long time. As,i heard in the news,many people are still trapped and no news of them. Several people have lost their lives.
No indians have lost their lives.

some country people found a solution for earth quake. by giving electric shock they can avoid earth quake to occur

How is this possible can you explain us or any link on this.

how electric shocks can get us rid from earth quakes?

I also dontknow about this how it will be possible if it is possible means there will no lose of earth quakes on earth.
