Sarla, don't get upset. Have confidence in yourself. Try to find a job outside your area where you can work independently. You can also try out some other self employed business.

I have a suggestion to you. Try out article writing jobs, just like Boddunan as a freelance writer. There are various sites on the net which pay you handsomely to writing articles. You can earn good amount of money on them. Once you are established as a writer, the money increases. This will create a sense of importance in you as well as your parents who will then think in other terms for you.

I too faced the same problem a few years back from my wife and parents, but I now feel that I have achieved my goal by writing articles which is not a bad job at all. May God be with you.
